While at Penn State, Jordan graduated early, earning dual degrees in Criminology and Advertising/Public Relations. He was actively involved in THON and Greek Life, showcasing his dedication to philanthropy and community. As a member of Lambda Chi Alpha, Jordan served as the fraternity's alumni correspondent and led the coordination of its 100th-anniversary celebration. Additionally, he worked with Lion Line, raising vital funds to support university initiatives.

Jordan’s journey has been shaped by overcoming significant adversity. Battling and triumphing over drugs and alcohol, he celebrates 10 years of sobriety on March 9, 2025—a testament to his strength and perseverance. Jordan is a passionate advocate for ensuring Penn State has the resources and support necessary to help students and alumni facing challenges.

Jordan’s professional achievements are equally inspiring. Starting his real estate career at the age of 21, he began by personally delivering flyers to doorsteps at 4 a.m., demonstrating an unparalleled work ethic and determination. This tireless approach laid the foundation for what is now a real estate empire. As the founder and leader of the Jordan Mott Real Estate Group, he has grown the business into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, achieving national recognition as a top performer in the industry. His ability to lead a team of over 200 Realtors while consistently increasing profitability highlights his expertise in strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and team development.
